On the 13th of this month the new double album of Flaming Lips "Embryonic" was released , which you can hear it all at the MySpace page of the band .
The album is the first dual of the band with 18 songs in total and includes collaborations with Karen O, singer of the Yeah Yeah Yeahs and the MGMT. This is a difficult but with much quality album, which in my opinion will be found within the best ten of many different lists for the best of the year.
Reviews of music magazines - website are mostly full of praise . You don't see every day a ranking of 9 out of 10 in Pitchfork. The NME also gives a 9, Times give 4/5 and Spin 3,5/5.

"Watching the Planets" by Karen O that closes the album is probably the top song and "The Sparrow looks up at the machine", "Convinced of the Hex", "See the Leaves", "Powerless" and "Impulse" stand out in my opinion. More on the album will tell you, littlefluffyclouds soon.
