Another group that is preparing a new album for release in 2010 is Babyshambles.
In a recent interview in SBA, Pete Doherty revealed that even though they have not yet scheduled when and with whom as producer they will record their third album, they have 18 candidate songs and guitarist Mick Whitnall working on the demos that would form the basis of the album.
"Mick has written a lot of amazing music that basically needs lyrics, so, one by one they become songs."
The album may include older songs like 'Stone Me What A Life', 'Cuckoo 1440', '352 Days' , 'Tinker's Daughter', 'Fixing Up To Go', 'Bonjour Trieste' and 'After He'.
And for 'After He' he aded that music is the perfect combination of classic ska with the riff of 'This Charming Man' of Smiths .
Let's see then if Pete Doherty will remain for enough time away from trouble so that Babyshambles will release their new album.
