As read in Rolling Stone, Lenny Kravitz released the first single from his upcoming album. The song is called “Stand” and the title of the album, which is going to be released on August, 30, is “Black and White America”.
The music is rooted in the sort of upbeat funk pop that has been a consistent thread through all of his albums with a little bit of extra Elvis Costello-like vocals.
The album is his ninth after “It’s time for a love revolution” of 2008 and will contain 16 tracks such as:
Black and White America
Come On Get It
Do It
The Faith of a Child
Super Love
Dream
Stand
Push
Everything
Booty Pop
Life Ain't Never Been Better Than It Is Now
Rock Star City Life
