According to the blog The Playlist, Chemical Brothers have agreed to take on the soundtrack for the film Now You See Me. The film is directed by Louis Leterrier and starring Jesse Eisenberg (The Social Network) , Morgan Freeman, Woody Harrelson and rapper Common. The film is the story of a group of magicians, who during their performances manage to rob banks, and distribute the profits to their audience. Now You See Me is scheduled to be released in theaters in a year.
This is not the first soundtrack by the Chemical Brothers. Last year, they took on the soundtrack of the movie by Joe Wright, Hanna, the story of a woman contract killer.
Also, they release on DVD their live performances in Japan, Don't Think. On January 26 was the presentation of the film to the public. Among viewers, Keira Knightely, Klaxons, Matt Smith and Karen Gillan (Doctor Who). See more here.
