Horror over the city.
Along with the heat, a mixture of sharp elbows, striped long shirts, long hair, pitch black trousers, macabre look and much feedback, with a troubled history of rocky live shows, but also with high praise, the Horrors , land on Wednesday 10/06 in Gagarin205 to present this years excellent work " Primary Colors " which we praised here , but I imagine, and songs from their debut " Strange House ". The usual apply here, that this is a group on its prime, considered the next big thing of the British music scene and whatever defined by the Statute of the hype .
They appeared in the middle of 2005 turning heads with the garage - punk dynamites like "Sheena Is A Parasite", the "Count In Fives" and "Gloves" and with interpretations of Sonics and Screamin ' Lord Sutch! Early in the year they published " Primary Colors " by Geoff Barrows of Portishead in production and influences, both from the kraut rock of Neu! , and the guitar sound of Sonic Youth and My Bloody Valentine and otherwordly melodies of Joe Meek , the melancholy of Joy Division and Psychedelic Furs .

PHOENIX CATSCRATCH
The Phoenix Catscratch is a band consisting of four: Valisia, Apostoli, Exhecollator and Tony.
With influences from disparate genres, they embody the aesthetic influences of Apostoli, who for many years, wanted to create a band that plays music he listened to, from new / dark wave to female grunge. In autumn, in a conversation they had with Valisia in a bar, between gin and a lot of music, the Phoenix Catsratch were born.
Their communication, the common aesthetic and the voice of Valisias ( reminiscent of Siouxsie Sioux) are the foundation on which to build their plans. Later, were added in the set Exhecollator and Tony. Thus the Phoenix Catscratch took its final form. They began to rehearse and record a demo between Athens and Samos, because of military obligations of Apostoli, but this did not prevent them from preparing the first three pieces and draw the attention of the press.
The appearance of the band - the music style and their performance - in Velvet festival has received feedback from the public and journalists. Currently, they're working on their first official release and preparing for their participation in the forthcoming Biennale.

EXPOSED BY OBSERVERS
Exposed By Observers is a digital-electro-punk band that formed in 2006. Influenced by names such as Crystal Castles, Soulwax, Daft Punk, Justice, Digitalism, LCD Soundsystem, Bloc Party, Klaxons, combining synths and guitars with "dirty" vocals.
They consist of two cousins, rasmio (vocals, loops, bass) and evilplaymobils (synths, backing vocals), along with plugnick on guitar. After a few appearances, plugnick, had to withdraw to study in France. Replaced by strato completed the line-up.
They have appeared in various events, such as Art Rocker / Velvet Party in December, with the dj set of Shitdisco. O rasmio and evilplaymobils do dj sets in a number of bars. They're finishing their first EP, "Secondhand Youth", which is comming out early May.
