According to nme.com Bryan Ferry was taken to hospital in London on the evening of April 5. Reports indicate that the 66-year-old musician came to the hospital seriously ill. Latest news report that Ferry was discharged and is now resting at his home in London.
A spokesman for Ferry denied that Ferry had suffered a heart attack, only stating the singer was having tests. The spokesman said: "Bryan has been feeling rough for some time and he felt even worse today. So, he thought it was best for the doctors to look into it", but did not disclose details of his ailment.
Following the orders of doctors, Ferry cancelled his appearance at the O2 Arena in London. It was also confirmed earlier today that Ferry's planned gig schedule for the rest of the year has not been affected by his health scare.
He is set to start a European solo tour on April 19 in Israel.
