It might be my idea, but lately we've been 'digging' into old and unknown material by large groups of the present. Now it's Radiohead's, a.k.a. On a Friday, turn, as they first appeared in the English public, but without guitarist and two years younger Johnny Greenwood.
In 1986 as On a Friday (because the band members as classmates used to rehearse every Friday in the music room of their school) they recorded their first demo tape at Oxford. From this we can now hear the songs 'Everybody Knows' and 'Girl (In The Purple Dress)' and see what progress they have made in their compositions but also in Yorke's vocals.
