Ο μεγάλος Robert Plant, η ηγετική φιγούρα των θρυλικών Led Zeppelin κυκλοφορεί το νέο του album με τους "Band of Joy" στις 14 του Σεπτέμβρη.
Οι Band of Joy είναι πέρα από τον Robert Plant, οι Patty Griffin (vocals), Darrell Scott (multi-instrumentalist), Buddy Miller (κιθάρα και παραγωγή), Marco Giovino (drummer) και Byron House (μπασίστας). Βέβαια, οι Band of Joy δημιουργήθηκαν αρχικά το 1966 και για 2 χρόνια στη μπάντα συνυπήρχαν οι Robert Plant και John Bonham. Το 1968 βέβαια οι δυό τους έγιναν μέλη των Led Zeppelin.
Ο Robert Plant είπε τα εξής για τη νέα του δουλειά:
"Buddy's integral to this album, you can hear his taste all over the instrumentation. Buddy's zone is beautiful, with a lot of reflections going back into mid-Fifties rockabilly, the singing fishermen and all the great country stuff, along with the soul and R&B from Memphis."
